Ordering & Payment1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI through secure checkout. We never store your full card details.2. Is my payment information safe?
Yes — 100%. We use Shopify's secure payment processing with industry-standard encryption. Your payment info is handled only by trusted third-party processors.3. Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
If your order hasn't shipped yet (usually within 2–3 business days), we might be able to cancel or modify it. Contact us ASAP at sigmainstafab@gmail.com with your order number.Shipping & Delivery4. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
We process orders within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays usually start processing the next business day.5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees.7. What if my package is lost or significantly delayed?

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Sale/final sale items and custom products are non-refundable unless defective.9. How do I start a return or exchange?
